May I say on a personal note, that it has been an honor and a privilege to serve as the Chief Delegate for the past two years. This is only the second time in the history of the PSPA that the President was not the Chief Delegate. I want to thank Linda Sekhon for the appointment and for this opportunity and wish her well as she assumes these duties.
