Up Close Brochure

The Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants is pleased to announce the development of a revised Physician Assistant Up Close brochure. The revised brochure is an eight panel fold out brochure with 18 photographs of real Physician Assistants at work. The content of the brochure includes:

• The definition of Physician Assistant
• Physician Assistant employment responsibilities
• Physician Assistant training
• The history of the profession
• Quotes about the profession

Section 18.171, Chapter 18, Subchapter D of the State Board of Medicine states "In the physician assistant supervisor's office and satellite locations, a notice plainly visible to patients shall be posted in a prominent place explaining that a physician assistant is authorized to assist a physician in the provision of medical care and services." This brochure provides the information needed to be within compliance with this portion of the regulations.

These brochures are available in multiples of 25. The are $0.60 each. If more than 500 are ordered, they are reduced to $0.50 each. All orders must be prepaid.
